Critical Metals will form a joint venture with Tariq Abdel Hadi Abdullah Al-Qahtani & Brothers Company to build and operate a rare earth processing facility in Saudi Arabia. Each company will hold a 50% stake in the joint venture. According to the agreement, 25% of the rare earth concentrate produced by the Tanbreez project will be supplied to Saudi Arabia under a long-term offtake agreement, while all finished materials will be shipped to the United States for use in the defense industry.
