Ether Machine Completes $654 Million Private Ethereum Fundraise

Ether Machine announced the completion of a private fundraising round worth $654 million, involving approximately 150,000 Ethereum. The main investor is long-time Ethereum supporter Jeffrey Berns, who will join the company's board of directors. Ether Machine was formed through the merger of Ether Reserve and Dynamix Corporation. The company is planning to list on Nasdaq in the fourth quarter of this year, at which time it is expected to hold approximately 495,362 Ethereum (valued at $2.16 billion) and $367.1 million in cash. Co-founder and chairman Andrew Keys stated that a third fundraising round, led by Citibank and targeting at least $500 million, will begin this Wednesday.
