Florida Rep. Cory Mills Accused of Threatening to Release Explicit Images of Ex-Girlfriend
Republican Representative Cory Mills of Florida has been accused of threatening to release sexually explicit videos and images of his former girlfriend, Lindsey Langston, according to a police incident report obtained by NBC News.
Langston, 25, is a Republican state committeewoman and the reigning Miss United States 2024. She filed her report with Florida authorities on July 14, 2025. The report was made to the Columbia County Sheriff’s Department, which later provided it to NBC News.
Langston alleged that following the end of their relationship in February 2025, Mills contacted her numerous times through multiple accounts. She claims he threatened to release nude images and videos of her, including videos of the pair engaging in sexual acts. The alleged threats reportedly occurred when Mills believed she was involved with other romantic partners after their breakup.
According to the police report, Langston also alleged that Mills threatened to harm any men she intended to date in the future. She provided authorities with text and Instagram messages between them as evidence of these threats.
The relationship between Langston and Mills reportedly began in November 2021 and ended after Langston learned of separate allegations that Mills had been involved in a physical altercation with another woman in Washington, D.C.—an incident for which Mills denied any wrongdoing, and the other woman later stated no physical altercation had occurred.

Miss United States Lindsey Langston Files Restraining Order Against GOP Rep. Cory Mills for Alleged Harassment and Threats
Lindsey Langston, a Florida Republican state committeewoman and the reigning Miss United States, has filed a restraining order against Florida Republican Representative Cory Mills. Langston has also reported Mills to local and state law enforcement authorities, alleging harassment, threats to release sexually explicit videos, and threats of harm against her future boyfriends.
According to Langston, she and Mills began a relationship in November 2021, and she moved into his rented residence in Florida during the summer of 2024. Langston ended their relationship in February 2025 after discovering that Mills allegedly had another girlfriend, Sarah Raviani, who had accused him of assault at their Washington, D.C. condo, though Raviani later retracted those allegations.
Langston reported that after the breakup, Mills continued to contact and harass her over several months despite her repeated requests for no contact. On July 14, 2025, Langston filed a police report with the Columbia County sheriff’s office and provided timestamped digital evidence, including text messages with threats. The evidence includes exchanges in which Mills allegedly warned Langston that he would be a threat to future partners and threatened to release private images. In one message, Mills wrote, "Strap up, cowboy." Langston stated, "The threats from Cory intensified over time... to threats of having me stripped of the Miss United States crown—something I worked extremely hard for and a dream that was placed in my heart long before I even knew who Cory Mills was."
Authorities are reviewing the submitted evidence as part of their ongoing investigation. As of the latest reports, Langston has a restraining order in place against Mills.
