2025-08-31 17:02

MDM Group, led by Chairman Moon Joohyun, has launched the Surrey Pool Complex Development Project in Korea. The project began construction last month on a 96,795 square meter (about 30,000 pyeong) site that was formerly the location of the Armed Forces Intelligence Command. Project financing (PF) for the development amounts to 5.35 trillion won, marking it as the largest ever in Korea. The plan involves building a complex office town consisting of seven basement floors and 19 above-ground floors, with a total floor area of 600,000 square meters (about 180,000 pyeong), and includes five office buildings along with cultural and sales facilities. Chairman Moon described the goal of the Surrey Pool development as creating a world-class landmark office town that integrates office, culture, commerce, and leisure in one location.
