2026-02-02 07:33

Oracle plans to raise between $45 billion and $50 billion through debt and equity financing by 2026. The funds will be used to expand its cloud infrastructure capacity, catering to the needs of major clients including AMD, Meta, NVIDIA, OpenAI, TikTok, and xAI. Half of the funding will be raised through equity-linked instruments, common stock issuance, and an at-the-market (ATM) stock issuance program of up to $20 billion. The remaining portion is planned to be raised through a single bond issuance in early 2026.
