Pandox AB (publ) has acquired Dala Hotel Group plc, and Scandic has entered into a management agreement to operate Dalata's 56 hotels, which total about 12,000 rooms. The management agreement will start on November 7, 2025, and continue until the completion of a carveout process and Scandic's intended acquisition of the hotel operations. Scandic will receive a quarterly fee of 4% of the revenues from these hotels. Dalata's current management will handle daily operations with support from Scandic. The acquisition of Scandic's hotel operations is expected to finalize post-carveout, with an estimated purchase price of €500 million, subject to adjustments.
